We’ve done our homework on DMSO and others should too. This is nearly 100% strength so on sensitive areas of the body it may sting and leave the skin red but temporarily unless you’re allergic. If DMSO is diluted for these areas it should be with distilled or reverse osmosis water to avoid transmitting impurities, never put it in TUPPERWARE, only glass, or use it over any body product or use any unnatural vehicle to apply it. Pure cotton, or natural fiber brush. It is very effective! The roll on is very convenient but hard to dilute. It goes on rather thick so go easy or it will take a while to dry. Apply to skin and do not touch your skin to anything but air until it’s dries in the air. Any low ratings are due to ignorance. The Midwestern Doctor on Substack has written tomes on this topic. It’s worth subscribing to it to use this product effectively and wisely.

I’ve been dealing with hip pain for two months now. Using OTC medication to deal with the pain. Not one to take meds unless I’m really in bad pain, so have only taken meds once a week, but in my book that’s still too much. Through much research on trying to find out what exactly was going on with my hips, I discovered that it’s the trochanteric bursa and NOT arthritis, that’s becoming inflamed! Good! Well, kind-a. My job requires that I sit at a computer for 8 long hours a day. Been doing this for MANY years and I guess that hasn’t been good for my hips even though I use a cushion on my chair. This pain came out of no where and it makes me walk like a penguin every time I’d get up from my seat. I walk on a treadmill at least four times a week so it’s not like I’m just sedentary. I was determined to get to the bottom of how to get rid of it. Icing would help but it was short lived. Massage helped but again, short lived. I kept digging for an answer and found that this product can actually penetrate down to the bursa to relieve the inflammation. I thought, please let this be the answer. I received it today and immediately put it on (I bought the roll on) and I kid you not; THE PAIN IS GONE!! Within minutes of putting it on, the pain is gone. Don’t know how long I’ll be pain free, but now I can get rid of it. It did kind of itch in the same spot on both hips and has a slight smell that dissipated as it dried but, THE PAIN GONE!! Looking forward to getting back to running on my treadmill. For the price, I’m glad I took this chance. I hope it works for you too.

Nothing was working on my shoulder pain, but this does, pain is gone, however, it is a bit rough on the skin. Repeated application has caused some irritation and slight burning, still way better than the original pain. All said be careful on applying to sensitive areas or over applying.

I have tendonitis in my right arm. I have tried different things to remedy and relieve when my friend told me about the benefits of DSMO. I then ordered this product with a roll on applicator. As I waited for it to arrive I read about this product on various website including this company. When I got it I read the card that came with. It was nice looking. It had no instructions, just "if you have any issues contact us and don't just write a review". I excitedly applied to my washed clean (not with soap) arm. Immediately my skin started to tingle. Soon it was so painful and the skin was bright red. I held out for 10 minutes and then couldn't do it any more and washed it off. I emailed the customer service telling about my experience. I got a reply that "It should not be applied heavily and allowed to sit and dry." I wrote back saying since there were no instructions included with the product I was surprised at this and asked what is too much and how long should it stay on. They sent me a general statement not answering my questions. I have emailed them back a couple of times and finally got this: "We have provided you with the all the information we can. We cannot make any other recommendations on how to use this product. This is a product that you the consumer must do research or contact your healthcare provider." My friend to told me to dilute it with water (what the use of a roll on applicator then?). It was hard. And I waited a little - didn't want to go too long. But had no relief. This was a waste of both time and money for me adding some aggravating emails from a company that are more interested in a good rating than customer service and helping their customers...

Very low smell. Seems to be of high quality as well. I use castor oil before putting it on painful areas. I work a very physical job with lots of aches and pains! Works well to help leg and knee pain. I have to be careful on my arms as some skin is much more sensitive than others. Feels like a sunburn. Takes the pain down to almost nothing. I am new to DMSO and am finding new uses too. Great value as it takes very little to be effective. Roller distributes well.

DMSO ELIMINATES PAIN IN THE BACK....RUB ON BACK, LEG...RUB AND THE HEAT WILL PENETRATE THROUGH THE SKIN AND YOU WILL HAVE THE PAIN GO AWAY....

My husband and I purchased the non diluted roll-on and liquid DMSO for my knee and lower back pain from Amazon. There was only a card in the box in which it was sent containing thawing instructions and a picture of other products sold by the company with a QR code. I showered and dried off, making sure not to put on any lotions. I applied the roll-on DMSO to my knee first. There was a mild stinging, so, with a freshly washed hand, I massaged it in. The stinging subsided, and my knee pain started to diminish. I had my husband apply the roll on to my lower back. Within one minute of application, I felt an intense burning sensation. . The burning would seem to diminish, only to intensify shortly thereafter. After 10 minutes of this, I couldn't take the fluctuation and had my husband wipe it all off. I then placed a cold compress on my back to help remedy the intense burning I was experiencing. 5 hours later, my back was still tingling, but not burning, and had diminished to a tolerable level. The DMSO actually seemed to work as advertised. My original knee and back pains were gone, and I was left with tingling. My question is, why would the company sell a non diluted roll-on that can't be diluted before being applied without instructions on how to use it or a warning of possible issues? A warning should be posted on the Amazon website and should also come with the packaging( warning that possible burning may occur, the product may cause discomfort if used in sensitive areas of the body, do some type of test of the product, a small area of the body, etc). We were not aware at the time of purchase that the roll-ons are available in different dilutions and are mixed with other ingredients like aloe vera or lavendar. The QR code directed us to the website, which showed a variety of products with varying strengths, but they were not displayed as alternatives on the Amazon site.
