How do you deliver the liquid cultures to survive the intense 100 degree summer weather?

They offer a cold pack and insulated sleeve for $3 more.  Shipping was very fast.  Still...  I live in Tucson, my syringes arrived with the cold pack at ambient temp (around 100F).  The culture was still alive, but you might consider waiting for a cooler period.

Your Fridge must be adjusted to between 34 and 39 deg F. This is cold enough to keep spawn (Liquid, Seed, or Plug) from going bad. Many say it will last three to six months in the fridge. Several who grow many types of mushrooms state they have had it last a few years. Temperature is vital though. I have personally made sterilized honey water in jars and injected a little liquid span into them. To multiply my culture!  I use 1 1/2 tbs per 300ml of water. Sterilize for 30 minutes in an Instant Pot. Inject into the jar once the jar is cool. Then place it in a dark area. Once cultivated well. Store in the fridge to stop the growth and prolong its usefulness. If you do the jar spawn thing. Put a magnetic stir bar in it before you sterilize. So you can chop up the mycelium before it gets too chunky to draw out with a syringe. I have a few jars of Yellow Oyster mushrooms I made collecting Spawn from my mushrooms growing. I just made sterile honey jars and got some spores using a sterile drinking straw I cleaned with alcohol. Stirred into the liquid and closed the lid. And prayed for no contamination. It worked!  I have more culture than I need. But those Yellow Mushrooms taste so good.  If I had some leftovers in a syringe. I would make sure my fridge was the right temp and store it in a lower bottom drawer. I have seed spawn, plug spawn, and liquid spawn all in a lower drawer in my fridge. And they are all just fine. Over three months old and look exactly like they did when I put them in the fridge. The cold arrests the growth/death.  I even have Morel spawn that I have multiplied as I experiment with it. Mycelium will continue to live way beyond your growing fruit if conditions are correct. The conditions are the main factor. The whole mushroom is nothing but Mycelium. It's just the mechanism to spread very small pieces of itself. Which is nothing but very small pieces that settle and grow. They are not seeds. They are microparticles of a mushroom. The extreme way people do things is because, in confined areas, mold and bacteria thrive. But in the wild. The mushrooms do just fine. Make sure the syringe is capped before storage. Use a NEW NEEDLE that is wiped with alcohol when you use it again. You do not need to worry about heat sterilizing if you use a freshly sealed needle you wipe clean. Plus if that needle is too hot you risk melting a big hole in the sealing port material. And if you wipe that hot needle with a wet towel to cool it. You just contaminated it! Just wipe with 90% alcohol and be done with it. I do not use a lamina hood and I do just fine. I clean well and wipe stuff down. If It was for money. I would buy a hood. Use your fridge. You can stagger the growth of things without worrying they will go bad.  I used 3/4ths of a blue oyster syringe by pumping it into a honey culture jar. I then back-washed honey water into the syringe with what was left in it. This creates more food for the syringe to culture up!  Set it in the dark after capping it. Then I will place it in the fridge after it cultivates more. I have a whole syringe besides a jar going now. So many things you can do. Just be clean. And temp matters.
