I have a 9 inch wrist , and the bracelet will accommodate any size wrist being that it has an elastic band inside of it surrounded by wood beads, hopefully that answers your question.

Seems that the band is made out of a durable / high stretch resistant elastic... I'm been wearing them since I received them a few weeks ago without any issues , my wrist are around 8 inches and they fit snug and comfortable without leaving any marks of tension on my wrists...hope this info helps
