Hi I'm 5'11 140lbs. What size should I buy??

Well, I'm 5'6 185,lbs and bought XL they fit well and stretch and are very comfortable. For you I would recommend the XL as well. You are 5" taller than i am and 45lbs lighter but I trust this will be a good fit for you.

No. Here in Atlanta was 30 to 50 degrees and I was shivering! Is for 50 degrees or higher. So it is useless for me be ause it's been around 30 to 40 lately!

it says to hang dry. Has anyone used a dryer? Do they hold up or shrink to a crumpled mess?

Frankly I didn't realize that the instructions called for hang drying. Mine have been machine dried on low heat and they've come out just fine.

Do they smell after a period of time?
