Lakanto Sugar Free Banana Nut Muffin & Bread Mix, Keto, Makes 12 Muffins

Great product. For a diet-friendly alternative, These muffins are surprisingly good. The batch size makes 12 muffins. Although they don’t rise as much due to the type of flower that is used. They have great flavor and nice texture. Overall awesome product!

Makes 12 undersized regular muffins. Slight alcohol taste to me but still edible, rest of the family didn't notice a flavor issue but they don't eat as clean as I do. Good for convenience but it's high carb, and I will not buy this again.

I had tried Lakanto's maple syrup, which I liked, so decided to give the Banana Nut Bread a try. I honestly wasn't too optimistic because it's sugar-free, but I just baked it and was very pleasantly surprised! Clearly you'll notice the difference if comparing to "regular" banana nut bread, but for me this is a great sugar-free dessert that I can enjoy while staying within my macros. I baked for 35 minutes, but needed to leave it in the oven a few extra minutes with the oven off. It smells good and has nice texture. I will definitely buy this again, and I've already purchased the chocolate chip cookie and brownie mixes; can't wait to try them!

Recipe calls for 3 eggs, 1/4 cup oil and 1/2 cup water. It became very liquidy and the pan took near 35 mins to cook. It is still rather 'watery'. The flavor isn't bad but not great. I continue to burp it after 6 hours, not pleasant. There is NOT banana in it but it tastes like it. I feel I won't purchase again, the cost vs the product is just not what I wanted nor expected.

i buy this product often and they make the best muffins , very tasty especially for keto muffins. The only thing that could be better is that there are pretty expensive. Also I add a bit of splenda to muffin mix to bring out the flavor.

The banana flavor is unnatural, the nuts are virtually nonexistent, and it’s too sweet. The mix does not make a loaf; it makes a thick pancake in the bottom of a loaf pan. I do not recommend.

I made the bread with it. I only had two eggs and used those. I also put in some walnuts and a chopped ripe banana + the listed additions on the package. I topped it with crunchy/Healthy All-Bran cereal. Attached it the photo - after I ate some!! It came out very well. The only negative about this product is the price ($9). I thought it was a little pricy.
