They really do work!! I bought these for camping to pack large items, pillows, blankets etc. I bought the large size and they hold a lot. Totally recommend

Bought these for traveling, daughter needed to pack some bedding and other items in her suitcase. The large size will fit at least two standard pillows, or a queen size blanket, or several towels—these are sizeable. Using them was super easy both with a vacuum and the hand pump. Don’t take out the pink part of the valve, that’s what helps keep the bags sealed. The bags stayed completely sealed for the two days she has them packed. I’m going to purchase more for storing quilts and blankets at home.

The vacuum that came with didn't work, it made a weird sound and smoked. Way too large for routine travel.

Accurate sizing. Seal remains intact after contents are compressed. Great quality!

Have purchased other brands to save money that just can't compare to the good old Spacesavers. I have some that are at least 20 years old that still work just fine. Never had a problem, stay air tight, the double zip seal and valve can't compare to other brands. Yes, they do cost more but you get what you pay for!

I had never used these before. On advice from a friend, I decided to try them out because the price was right. Oh my goodness, I don’t know why I have not tried these before. My basement closet had blankets falling out of it, it was so full. I took everything out and organized it according to type. And then used the space saver bags with our vacuum. We now have so much more room in the closet. I plan on trying to use these when we travel. I also plan to use them for my kids baby blankets/baby clothes.

My daughter used these bags to move her things back into the door room. It was able to squeeze a ton of her clothes, blankets, etc into a single luggage for check in- within the weight limit too! TG! When she finished traveling, she was able to get all her stuff out and hopefully she will be able to reuse it when she comes home during Christmas and other holidays.

Half the bags failed. They are fully sealed, but air leaks in within a few minutes. Would not recommend.

Found these one of the best buys of these items, great value especially for storing excess items, only problem is the hand pump supplied is not very good at taking the air out. Our vacuum is much better so no good for holiday clothes which is disappointing..

These are great. Keep summer and warmer clothes seperate.

Really good bags, feel really strong and I managed to get a single duvet and pillow in one, takes a while to get the air out with the pump but definitely worth it to save space, I would definitely buy more.

Based on other reviews, I purchased a pack of four large bags. They all have stayed vacuum packed. I used two for duvets in our motorhome using the hand pump. As long as you screw the connector on, the hand pump worked well. I hadnt connected it properly to start with and initially gave up like some of the other reviewers did. I will probably buy some smaller bags for packing clothes in the motorhome. Recommended.
