Good value
This was a good value. It's perfect for days that I can't get to the gym or for things that I'm not comfortable doing at the gym like hip thrusts

Home workout kit pretty good
So am invested with doing home workout and I came upon this kit here after doing researches on Pilates workouts and I can see they work I can feel the burn when am working out and the chart is pretty helpful especially when your not sure what to do so as a beginner I love that the chart is included the items are good quality not so for the bag but that’s okay

Good, but not for short girls
The quality is great, however the band lengths are extremely awkward. They're too short to use just a single one, but when I combine two bands it's way too long. For reference I'm 5'2

Great at home workout staple.
When I used this for the first time it happened to be core day. I didn’t feel like I was working out. After about 45 min workout I put it away and just figured at least I did some movement for my body that day and I’ll go harder next core day. Holy smokes the next day when I woke up my stomach was so sore. I thought wow. I tried it again that same day but for legs, again the following day I woke up sore. I definitely underestimated this product. It is very lightweight but durable. Has many options in the positions to use that you want to work out. Easy to assemble and disassemble if you want to take it to travel. I would highly recommend for an at home workout staple.

Instructions and guidance on use.
Would have been nice to have more insight as to what each part is for and suggestions how to use it. Step 5? Attach all three bungees at once????? Very lacking in clarity!

Perfect for beginners
I love this. And appreciate the different weight bands as strength builds. Find yourself a YouTube workout video and go to work. It really works - you get out of it what you put into it.

Bar length short
I’m not a big wide person- that bar is not as wide/long as the picture looks. Just saying -we are talking 3feet. That’s a yard stick…it makes it to where you bend your arms in a way that makes it completely uncomfortable on both arms and neck.. when you have bungee straps and need to be in a certain posture it makes it impossible- so squats are out. Can do all that are not Bar-on-Neck routine
