I sprayed some product on my hand when it came in the mail and it felt soapy, is this normal ?

No should not be soapy unless you had hand cream or something on your hands. Iso cell doesn’t have a fragrance and it goes on like water.

What are the ingredients?

The ingredients are listed on the box, which I don’t have anymore. It’s a great product for after a skin treatment. I use it with my Dermapore. Soothes irritation and promotes healing.
