Great taste and good price
Steel cut oats were recommended to me by my doctor and these are perfect for my morning breakfast. They cook up reasonably fast and taste good. I add a bit of Ceylon Cinnamin and enjoy a quick healthy breakfast. better price than other brands yet taste good and fresh. The container is re-sealable which keep the oats fresh and dry.

Quality Fine Oats
I bought these oats when a major brand had a recall on their oats. I've tried several Amazon brands of other products and they are usually better and better priced than name brands. These oats are great. They are not the big pieces but nice fine oats. I usually do two cups milk and one cup juice or water along with an extra tablespoon or two as like it with a little extra liquid. I've used all kinds of fresh and dried fruits and it comes out great every time. I make three cups at a time so I can put two cups in the fridge for another day. It heats nicely in the microwave without having to add any liquid. My friend has also switched to these oats and has not gone back to the name brand either.

great stuff, but not quick
They’re tasty and the price is great but the cooking instructions are misleading, the water to oats ratio is almost double of what the packaging says, and the claim they cook in 7min is not correct, you’ll need a minimum of 12 minutes, 25 if you want them really cooked down. Otherwise, very clean healthy ingredients

Hearty, Filling Oats That Keep Me Full
I’ve been trying to eat a little healthier, and these steel cut oats have been a really nice addition to my routine. They have a great texture—more chewy and hearty than regular oats, which I actually prefer. They feel more satisfying and keep me full longer, especially in the morning. Since they’re the “quick” steel cut version, they don’t take as long to cook, which is a big plus on busy days. I usually just cook them with water or milk and add a little fruit or honey, and it turns out simple and comforting every time. The flavor is mild and natural, so it works well with both sweet and savory toppings. The bag is a good size and lasts a while, and overall it feels like a really good value for something I use so often. If you like a more hearty oatmeal and want something filling but still easy to make, this is definitely worth trying. 🥣💛

Love these- perfect for overnight oats
Most overnight steel cut oat recipes recommended cooking them for a minute or 2 to soften them up. You don't have to with these. I simply dump ¼ cup in a Tupperware with ½ cup of almond milk, with a pinch of salt, and then add toppings. My favorite combination is dried cranberries, almonds, pumpkin seeds, dehydrated apple pieces, and a little bit of pea protein powder. I add a couple tablespoons more of almond milk to offset for the protein powder. If I want it sweeter, in the morning I'll stir in some applesauce. The possibilities are endless. I can easily make breakfast for an entire week in a couple of minutes and it's filling and healthy. My only wish is they would sell bigger containers of these.

Not good
These are terrible. No matter how much you cook them they stay hard. Unless you like crunchy grainy oatmeal..... The reviews of Quaker brand are the same so I'm guessing they come from the same facility.

Steel cut oats - but faster
I like steel cut oats, but I don't like how long they take to make. When I came across Amazon Grocery, Steel Cut Quick Oats, that seemed like the best of both worlds plus the price was nice. So I ordered them, and I'm glad I did. These are quicker to cook - not instant, but significantly faster than regular steel cut oats. They have the firm texture I prefer from my steel cut oats, but without the wait. They taste and smell great, too. And the box is pretty strong; I didn't have any problems with it. The bottom line is that I'm very happy with these oats.

Lids can come off in shipping.
Decent Product, bad packaging. The lids have a tendency to slip off in the cardboard box, presumably (though I do not know) from rough handling by the deliverers. Not much spilled out into the box but enough to show that the lids were not effectively secured to the cardboard tubes the oats come in. I poured the loose oats back in the containers from the box and repackaged the entirety to a large zip-lock bag for storage and use here at home. Will buy again, but only in an emergency and with Directions to secure the lids better, if possible.
