Keurig K-Mini Single Serve K-Cup Pod Coffee Maker, 6 to 12oz Brew size, with Cord Storage, Perfect for Small Spaces, Poppy Red

I purchased the Red Keurig K-Mini Single Serve K-Cup, a year ago, and I've been totally delighted with how well it's been working for me! And that's a mighty high compliment, because I use this little machine, every single day, to brew my morning coffee!!! I also use it, at other times, to brew other K-Cup drinks and have never been disappointed. Water capacity is clearly marked on the reservoir and the brewing capacity is enough to fill regular size coffee mug. A really nice safety feature is if you forget to add the water but still insert and press down to puncture the K-Cup, the machine will not start. That said, there is no cup sensor, so if you do add your water and press down on the K-Cup and start the machine, it will dispense the brew right on to the base. After the brew dispenses, the unit does have an Auto Shut Off feature, though I always manually shut mine off. From my experience, this Keurig seems as durable as it needs to be; it's constructed of hard plastic. I'm not hard on such devices, so mine still looks new. As for ease of cleaning, you can easily remove the base, life its cover off, which allows any drippage to go through, and clean them with a damp cloth or paper towel. I highly recommend you clean the top and bottom puncture nozzles to prevent grounds from building up. BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL WHEN CLEANING THESE NOZZLES, because they are little, sharp spikes and they easily go through a napkin or paper towel, if you're not cautious. I also clean the back side of the brew stand, as it can get some coffee splash stains on it from when the brew is going into the mug. If you're like me, you may enjoy this Single Serve K-Cup coffee maker so much, you won't miss all you had to go through to make a pot of coffee ... especially if you just wanted one cup!!

Two times in succession this machine has FAILED to provide me with a cup of coffee. This has occurred after perhaps 150 successful cups of coffee. NOT an operator issue. When one needs a cup of coffee at 4 am and is disappointed ☹️ when the single cup Keurig fails to provide this life saving liquid. I am extremely disappointed in this product. Tried to return but guess what “The return window has closed”. Product FAILED!

Purchased this for my 92-year-old mother, who is legally blind. She had an older machine and it finally wore out. This is a single serving machine, so it’s really easy to use and not confused with how much water you put in. My mom, being blind, sometimes forgets how much water went in and over filled her other machine. Then the cup overflowed. With this one it’s a cup of water. That simple. It’s very intuitive. You don’t even have to turn the power button on. Just lift up the coffee filter lid. It. turns on the machine. Put your pod in. Close the lid. And it does the rest. Temperature is good. Water in the cup after dispensing it was 163° when I measured it. Very small and compact. Very portable. Highly recommend it.

Nice simple, easy to use Keurig, without unnecessary bells & whistles that makes outstanding coffee. Turns on & off AUTOMATICALLY which is great. This is our second one purchased & no complaints. UPDATE:.. Lasted less than TWO YEARS which is unacceptable! Keurig has cheapened the quality of these “new generation” of kcup coffee makers compared to the early versions that were more robust & lasted longer. I did purchase a new one but also got the extended warranty for a few bucks in case it too “bites the dust”.

I love this little Keurig. I own a very nice full size Mr. Coffee programmable unit, but I prefer this Keurig. I purchased poppy red, which is bright and cheerful. This works as expected. I use a measuring glass and pour 12 ounces of water into the reservoir. It won’t take more than 12 ounces, by the way. I get one perfect cup and a half of coffee in a few seconds. I wipe down the unit after each use, and leave the reservoir lid open for a bit to let it dry. I haven’t used it enough to running the cleaning cups through it. If you don’t drink coffee very often, this is an excellent purchase. It’s small enough to store in a bottom cabinet, but it takes up very little counter space if you to leave it out.

I am updating my review because the Keurig company did replace the Keurig coffee maker after contacting them. I purchased this coffee maker 14 months ago as a gift, and after just five months of use, it stopped working entirely. The recipient did not begin to use it as soon as he received it but waited until the next school year which was 9 months later. Despite being well within the typical lifespan of such a product, Keurig has refused to replace or repair it, citing the purchase date as the reason for the denial. This experience has been incredibly disappointing. The coffee maker worked well for the first few months of use, producing decent coffee with minimal effort. However, its sudden failure of not turning on has left me frustrated and out of pocket. Furthermore, the customer service experience has been subpar. The representatives I spoke to were unhelpful and seemed uninterested in resolving the issue. It's disappointing to see a company prioritize its policies over customer satisfaction. I have purchased Keurig products for many years and only had one incident where there was a malfunction with one of the products. The company replaced it and had me send it to the company so they could investigate the malfunction of their product. I purchased 2 of these so I am hoping the other gifts don't stop working. In conclusion, I cannot recommend this particular Keurig coffee maker based on my experience. The lack of durability and poor customer service make it a risky investment. Buyers beware.

This machine is perfect for my bedroom. I make my coffee in the morning and sometimes I even use it to make Mr Noodles. It was a smart buy.
