Through this Taschen book, which I love for their price-quality, you get a nice insight in the artist's life, throughout text and a wide range of images, both of the artist as well as his works. The book is written in a very accessible way, nothing too out of reach. I only didn't see it was in French, I meant to buy it in English. But I understand it as well so it was fine for me. I definitely recommend it! Review: A wonderful book with terrific pictures. Any fan of Basquiat should have this book.
