Please help. If my objective is 40x and specimen with this micrometer measures at 15, what is the size in micrometers (not millimeters)?

If you are using a 10X eyepiece, one division should equal approximately 2.5 microns (micrometers). 15 divisions would be 37.5 microns. You can use your stage micrometer to calibrate that measurement for better accuracy.
