My room became Antarctica. Nikai summoned Elsa. Amazon techs ghosted me.
I bought this Nikai 2 Ton Split AC fully expecting an average unit… Instead, what I got was a jet-engine powered ice blaster that froze my room to 16°C within minutes, in the UAE July heat. I’m not joking I had goosebumps and had to wear a sweater indoors at night. It’s so cold that even my thoughts feel refrigerated. The air throw? Let’s just say I felt physically pushed back by the airflow. ITS SUPER POWERFUL. The cooling? It’s a snow storm haha The outdoor unit? Whisper quiet, sweating copper pipes, and purring like a kitten — while unleashing POWERFUL COOLING Now, about the Amazon installation service… Let’s just say: I waited… and waited… …and it never happened. So I called in different techs to save the day and they installed the unit like pros, and even had a lemonade party with me while Nikai was icing the room 🍋❄️ ✅ Insanely powerful cooling ✅ Whisper-quiet outdoor unit ✅ Properly pre-filled with R410A ✅ No smells, no vibrations, no BS ✅ Icy-cold copper lines = perfection ❌ Amazon installation = missing, the goobers never arrived Would I recommend this unit? 1000% YES. Just bring your own AC techs for install and if done correctly can bring superior cooling🥳👍

Very poor
Wrong delivery made. 2 ton outdoor unit and 1.5 ton indoor unit. Nikai arranged technician after 3 days and when they came, they found a wrong delivery has been made. Now its almost a week my family is staying without ac in this July summer climate.

Cooling very well
The unit is cooling very well. I recommend use the installation provided from Amazon and Nikai. The technician were very quick. There's a down side tho, the indoor unit is a bit noisy.
