All dried up.
I tried 2 other acne patches. Two with salicylic acid and hydro colloidal feature and one with just the hydrocolloid capability. These acne patches won in every respect. Value for money: so many patches with various usable sizes. Adhesion: I slept in these and they were still there in the morning. Finally and most importantly effectiveness: I was fighting a combination of small pimples with white heads above the skin and also several large cysts that were forming below the surface. These drew the pus out of the white heads in a day or two. The cysts formed white heads much more quickly than I’ve ever experienced. Within days rather than weeks or months. Another miracle, my acne has dried up and I have very little discoloration I typically have after an outbreak . One more thing, I read an article about little known ideas for dealing with acne. One dermatologist recommended using benzoyl peroxide gel or salicylic gel under acne patches. I used this idea and the combination worked for me.

A PRODUCT THAT ACTUALLY WORKS - HIGHLY RECOMMEND
I use these patches regularly. they are great when you get a break out due to nerves before an upcoming date or event! As soon as you feel acne coming under the skin, apply one of these and it wont even amount to much if if anything at all. Cystic acne is a bear as anyone with it knows. I can use this every night until they are clear. They stay attached as long as your skin is clean before placement. If you have acne that is not cystic - these things can make a HUGE difference if not totally clear one up overnight I kid you not. I swear by these and always keep a check on when I might run out - that is how priceless they are for self - esteem as well as general freedom from acne or at least a 95% improvement in conjunction with the general regiment to help control acne like keeping your hands off your face and and not over drying the skin along with clean pillow cases and hair - your skin should be almost perfect in no time.

Just as good as mighty patch and it’s cheaper!
These patches get all of the stubborn gunk out of my pores. I helps me to not squeeze my blemishes and prevents acne scares. It gets rid of the pimples and prevents them from coming back!

It really works!
They're translucent enough to not be too obvious when used on light skintones. I don't wear makeup because it's bad for your skin anyway. I wear them mostly before bed, or if I apply it where it would be covered by my mask or hat. Sometimes I don't even care wearing it out because I'd rather people see plastic dots on myself than ugly acne lol. I make sure to wash my face with a salicylic acid cleanser, apply a SA and witch hazel toner, and a small dab of benzoyl peroxide. I wait for all that to dry on my skin before applying the patches. Do not apply moisturizer beforehand or else they will just slide right off. I keep them on for 7+ hours, as long as possible, and after doing it just about every day for a week, I notice a visible difference. Small acne that I popped recently has already flattened and is just a light pink spot on my forehead. The acne on the side of my face that tend to just be a bump that eventually gets angry near when I get my period I find the patches allows the pore to open up and let the gross stuff inside come out without me having to Lance or squeeze them like crazy (dont!). I'm very pleased with this product and will continue to keep some in stock and make it part of my daily routine to get rid of my pimples and whiteheads.

I'm in love with these!
I've suffered from acne since my teen years and its been a real pain - both figuratively and literally. I've tried all kinds of washes and creams and whips but nothing seemed to totally work. My girlfriend suggested acne patches and I thought, "why not?" I'm so glad I did! These acne patches are awesome. They're a great value and work really well. They are effective at sucking out the pus and oil from my pimples, and the salicylic & hyaluronic acids help to heal and prevent new breakouts, I mean, I'm not a doctor but from my own internet research, these seem to be the best value on Amazon. I highly recommend these acne patches to anyone who, like me, is struggling with pimples and wants an affordable, easy solution that really works!

Worked good
It worked very good. Before the dermatologist and I were able to find the right combo of stuff for my face I was using these. They worked well and I liked them. And if one was too big I just cut it with scissors.

Works well, stays stuck!
Great value and good quality. They are not sheer, more "frosted" but they have good adhesion and are non-irritating. The different sizes are nice although I usually run out of the small ones first. It's a large box but they come in three pages, each sealed separately, so they don't dry out too fast.
