I saw this as a best shredder in a newspaper thing I thought I might buy it but there’s a lot of bad reviews saying it’s heavy and awkward to empty ?

It is awkward to empty (you have to lift the heavy shredder section and tip the shreddings out of the bin underneath). It also clogs quite easily if you feed in more than a single sheet of paper. This makes shredding lots of documents quite time consuming. But it’s at a certain price point. I can’t comment of there is a better option available at the same price
