No ink. why is this product dry????

My purchase performed as expected and so far, the ink has not dried out in the past six months.

What is the full ingredients list on the packaging? (I can't seem to find the list online and I have allergy concerns before purchasing the product.)

The main ingredients of eyebrow pencils are: water, acrylic acid (ester) and propylene glycol. This product is a hypoallergenic product, but everyone's allergies are different. If you have special conditions when you use it, please stop using it.

Cruelty free and vegan formula?

Yes. I only buy "cruelty free" products.

How do you keep it from drying out? I see the very top of the pen the cap twists off?

You can’t really stop it from drying out. They run out super fast which is why I now see why they sell them 3 in a pack. They don’t last long at all. They work wonders and will have your eyebrows looking great BUT… you won’t have it for long! Get ready to open the second pen within a week of using the first one. I would NOT purchase again for this reason alone.
