What size do i need for a keltec ks7?

For holding the barrel only? I would suggest the general use, might have to shave away a couple leading edges to make it perfect but it should work without it's pretty soft rubber. But for holding the shotgun in general I would get the flat set.

Can anyone tell me the diameter of the barrel groove on these jaws, please? That is, when put together, what is the diameter of the hole? Thanks

It's cut for about a 3/4" diameter, but it works just fine for anywhere between 1/2" to 1" or a little bigger. It's soft enough to do just about anything within reason.

Is this strong enough to grip a barrel for replacement into an action? ~75-90lbs?

I would say 50-60 pounds yes, more than that I’m not sure. I only use a barrel vise for barrel work but if you don’t have a barrel vise it’s worth a try. If it’s a newer rifle and the action wrench goes into the action instead of over it, that would probably work.
