Connect to the internet and control with Alexa, love it.
This work great. Not easy to install. Must have a neutral wire.

Works well with Alexa, does not use the Leviton app or WiFi
So nice. One of the frustrating things about WiFi products is they are reliant upon your internet connection, the manufacturer's own cloud server, and your virtual home/voice assistant's connections and skill. If any one of those goes down, you are left sitting in the dark if your switching device is inaccessible. The move to Zigbee support takes the Leviton cloud server and connection out of the picture, which is nice, because that has been the least reliable aspect of our smart home systems. I have not yet shut down my router to test and see if my Echo devices can still control the lighting directly through their Zigbee hub, but in theory it should work as long as the voice assistant is able to translate the command. These switches are large, like GFCI receptacles, so it can be tricky to safely fit everything into a crowded box that contains multiple switches, but they have plates for back-wiring, not stab-in, so it is simple to run a loop of tape around the housing and the rear of the housing is clear. >>> If you are installing this as a part of a 3-way (or 4, way, etc...) system, you must also use the DD0SR-DLZ companion for all "remote" locations: https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B01AFU1JTK/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 The DG15S-1BW installs at the "Load" end of the system and acts as the master controller, and the companions install at all of the remote/power source locations. A common power, neutral, and red communication wire are needed for all stations, it is much easier to set up a 3, 4, or 5 station system for rooms with multiple entries.

Works with Home Assistant and Zigbee2MQTT
Zigbee: Connected with Ease to Zigbee2MQTT, Works as expected, There is an audible click when activated via Home Assistant, the Click is fine, many other switches do the same thing. I know when Automations go off. I have this paired with a Door sensor to turn on and off the light. My only thought is: it is a big box, good or bad dont know, it fit.....

Zigbee and Alexa integration are great!
I have 10 of these. They are pricey, but are well worth it for me. I originally bought an Aqara Hub, but when Samsung's website went down the day after I installed it, I returned it for a Hubitat Hub, that does NOT need internet access to work. Now, when the internet does go down, which it does sometimes, you can still control the light switches with your phone. With no internet, Alexa does not work. I am using Zigbee after quite a bit of research, and I love it!

Could not get them to pair with home assistant
Sent them back. Wouldn't pair with HA. Their competition Enbrighten worked great. Leviton's zwave fan switches worked fine though

Decent ZigBee switch, easy setup, works well, feels a bit cheap
Connected this to Home Assistant, had no issues. It was instantly recognized and added as a "light" device. It looks great. The main reason I bought it is because I want to use Leviton for dumb switches as well. Using the same brand for smart and dumb will hopefully maintain a consistent look. I knocked off 1 star because it feels a bit cheap, specifically the rocker/paddle. I've had a few other smart light switches and they all had a nice sturdy feel along with a nice heavy click. However, this one feels like the plastic is very thin and it's a very light click, almost like clicking a computer mouse. I'm on the fence whether I'll buy more of these purely because of that cheap feeling. Otherwise it's a great looking switch and it functions very well. I have it far away from the next nearest ZigBee repeater device and it has no problem staying connected and responding to commands.
