Tastes great. Easy to use. Just potato flaked and nothing else. Makes a nice addition to thicken soups or as a non gluten, grain free coating for foods to be baked, fried or air fryed.

I was attempting a new recipe using potato flakes in place of bread crumbs. The product is okay for deep frying or baking but when I tried using it in my air fryer, the potato flakes would get blown/sucked into the heating element because of the convection fan thus causing burnt pieces to get stuck.

It looks like an extendable choice for our emergency good kit! Delicious too!

The product is good for those who want to stay fit and healthy. The ingredients that makes one unhealthy are carefully absent from the product and ithe making of meal is fast and easy. The best I have seen in mashed potatoes.

These instant mashed potatoes are very nice to have on hand when we're short on time or are more in the mood for the instant style. I like that it's a single-ingredient product with no additives. The basic recipe is very simple to follow, just boil water and mix all the ingredients (no actual "cooking" and no stovetop required). They provide provide guidelines for how much water, butter, milk, salt and flakes to use which have worked well but can easily be adjusted as needed. A tasty variation is to use stock and milk/cream instead of just water and milk.
