Great device but all Descriptions need improvement!
I would have given this item 5 stars because the device works great! But the same company is selling 2 items for the same device, very misleading because you don't realize one of the devices doesn't include the 3.7 volt rechargeable that Amazon doesn't carry, they only carry 1.2 volt batteries, so beware! The description for the first device had "Battery not Include" toward the bottom of the description, just beware if you don't have a wall outlet. I had to return the other device and reorder all my devices with batteries, a big hassle. Plus, Amazon's shipping has been horrible lately and some items don't arrive at the location specified or they don't arrive at all.

A very inexpensive product that works do much better than the handheld thermometers! Better yet, you do not have to dedicate anyone to taking temperatures!

Too loud. No volume setting
This wall forehead temp is so loud! Imagine using this device to get your temp. then you will hear a very high pitched sound! No volume setting. Will be returning it.
