It does work
I bought these as I was found with high cholesterol after a blood test. I've used an entire bag (although sometimes forgot to take them some days) and my second blood test showed a nice decrease in bad cholesterol so they do work. I'm gonna start my second batch to support getting back to normal levels. These are great value as well, much better than supermarket food items that claim to help reduce cholesterol. Note: these used to come in a bottle and capsule form with powder. They are now coming in a bag and round pill forms rather than capsules which is easier to swallow.

Seem ok
I’m taking them and find I need to chew as they are quite large to swallow whole - Not sure if they work tbh but can only hope - obviously a cholesterol test kit may help - you can only try but some confirmation of results is required before a regular purchase

Quick and easy delivery, good item
Quick delivery and was able to have it delivered to a drop off point as home deliveries aren’t the best service on Amazon. Well packaged, good quality and a good price. Will be ordering more when I have finished these.

It works
I have high cholesterol and this stuff has dropped from 7 to 6. Obviously I’ve had to watch what I eat as well but it made a worthwhile difference

Dosage too low to be effective
Have been on these for 3 months now along with a Red Rice yeast extract tablet. Had my levels checked at the GP before starting and my LDL was 5.8 Just had it checked again and my LDL is 5.9 Being somewhat bemused by this I started to do more research and it appears that you need between 1500 & 3000mg per day of Sterols to be effective in reducing cholesterol. Beware of companies that state daily doses that fall below 1500mg as it will likely not be effective and your cost per month will increase

Sadly I was sent rock hard large tablets not capsules.
This is the 2nd time I have purchased this product, the first was great they were a nice easy to swallow capsule but sadly this 2nd order I was sent rock hard large tablets that do not dissolve in liquid so can't even mush them down, they are large and unsuitable for my wife to try and swallow, on the order I made it says capsules but that is not what I received so they are consigned to the bin and a waste of money.
