Helped Me Support My Iron Levels

Capsules are small enough so np on swallowing it down, been taking this for about a month and I feel ok... not sure if I feel way better.. but it takes a little time for the iron to build up in your system.

Great supplement, NO gastro issues!
I’ve been meaning to write a review of this product for years. I suffered from very low ferritin and anemia. After taking his product consistently, I take a day and sometimes more… My anemia has improved. This product does not upset my stomach, and I’m extremely sensitive to any iron supplements. Don’t hesitate, give it a try!

Did improve ferritin, also caused constipation
Was able to double my ferritin levels (confirmed by blood tests) in a month. However, caused a slow effect of constipation, so discontinued use after two months.

Best type of Iron
This is the best Iron supplement out there. It does not cause constipation like other salt types of iron. Looking to raise iron and ferritin this is it.
