The iPad arrived quickly and in excellent condition. There were no scratches or dents on the screen or body, and it looks practically brand new. Battery is great and the device works as if it was new. It works perfectly for my son’s college note taking and various other use cases. Great value for the device! And a wonderful Customer Service!

I love it! I got the great condition & i have no complaints. it does die a bit fast and around the camera is chipped a bit but other than that its amazing!!

You get what you pay for. Touch ID didn't work and it was dented left and right. Worth what I paid for and works well otherwise.

Other than arriving with the battery dead, the iPad works really well, charges well, and is completely scratch-free. Thank you for a great transaction!

Packaging was very well wrapped to keep the iPad from being damaged. Set up was easy. Screen quality was in good and acceptable condition. iPad is durable and stable to work. There’s some minor scratches in the back by the back camera but I can easily by a camera lens protector. Storage capacity is good enough for me. Stability is excellent. I’m happy with my purchase and worth the money!

I got my little sister this iPad, and it’s a really good iPad for a good price. The screen was scratch free and the responsiveness is amazing. Easy to use and it charges fairly good. Only thing is the charger it comes with isn’t good at all so i recommended buying the actual charger it’s supposed to come with. Other than that it’s amazing. I recommend!!

Giving five stars, despite a couple cons. Here’s my opinion on this purchase: 1.) Price: I purchased the 2020 iPad Air 10.9” on a sale price of $239 which is great for a fairly new Apple product so no complaints there! 2.) Quality: The condition was listed as Refurbished - Excellent… and it is! No scratches, no cracks, no dings or dents, looks BRAND NEW and is true to size 10.9”! 3.) Super lightweight making it comfortable to hold and use for extended periods of time. 4.) Just like any Apple product, set up is always a breeze. If you have other Apple products then you already understand. Here’s my complaint: Shipping was not so good. I have previously worked for FedEx so when I saw my iPad was shipping through them I thought “I’ll be lucky if it isn’t broken or lost”. With that being said, it was delivered 2 days late but arrived undamaged and in one piece so I’ll let that be. The packaging, however, was hugely disappointing. (Pics for reference) The iPad was not shipped in an original Apple box. It was shipped in a thin brown box, wrapped in a single bubble mailer with a single sheet of brown packaging paper in the box. There was too much space in the box for my liking and could definitely use improvement. I wouldn’t be surprised if someone else orders from this company and receives an excellent condition iPad in damaged condition due to shipping. These products are cheaper than typical retail price BUT $200+ is still a lot of money in this economy. Overall great experience, iPad is perfect and in perfect condition, just hate that the packaging was so insufficient.

Perfect condition and very nice, but when I started setting it up I got a notification that the previous owner still had that iPad on their account and could currently track it and see where it was located, with it still being on their account I couldn’t set it up much more and couldn’t get it off their account without contacting them and they would remove it and say it was no longer theirs. Other than that good size worked perfect didn’t have any scratches and just a good quality iPad.
