This washer dryer has so many features that makes it so easy and convenient to use. The auto dispense detergent is a great feature. No need to add detergent each time you wash. Basically just load in your clothes run your program and it will auto calculate the water and detergent needed saving time and consumption. It works like a petrol tank. Top up when near empty. The phone app has so many programs to choose from and can set when to start the wash and dry. The app will let you know how long remaining and notify you when finished. It has a maintenance section to remind you when the machine needs a clean cycle and top up detergent. Overall the machine operates at a reasonable noise level and the dryer works well and can dry my bath towels after 1hr. Highly recommend this washer dryer.

I have been using my new washing machine and dryer pretty much daily, putting it through its paces with full loads to mini loads like trainers etc. The performance of the machine is great, the additional feature of being a smart device and being able to remotely control the machine via WiFi is truly a blessing. It’s not something that you would think you need but a techy like my self makes simply jobs even more easier and practical. Just to note when setting up the WiFi make sure you device is also connected to the 2.4ghz network not 5ghz. As pairing this way is required. There are wayyy too many programmes available and to choose from not a bad thing as different wash plans are designed for different types of wash items (note to utilise and get the most of all the programmes you do need to connect and setup the WiFi and remote option as the options on the machine are not the full list but does have the optimal standard was cycles. (I personally find using the app much more easier than the dials it’s self. I am yet to connect the washer to my other home smart devices so I can talk to get the washing started instead of using the app. I did have the underside cover missing but spoke with customer services who instantly sent out a replacement spare part which arrived in no time. Drying function works as expected I was conscious that drying May shrink my clothes so I started with slower cycle and less heat temp, currently had no issues and clothes dry fine.

Firstly a note about the delivery process for white goods like this from Amazon. Be warned: Its a complete joke, do not expect your item when you're advised it will come...it may never turn up... yet you can't cancel it! No correct notifications. I had this problem with a different item, and then this machine turned up on a completely different day and time...luckily we were home. Can't exactly leave it with a neighbour, huh!?! I hope this is something Amazon are working on because it has really let this purchase down, and I felt I had to drop 1☆ because Hoover should be making sure their business partners are providing excellent service. Review I feel the eco rating makes this washer dryer combo great value. Assuming it remains reliable, I would definitely recommend it. I found it better than I expected. I was wary of a combined machine but its been easy to use and the dryer is good too. The washer has a good capacity. I can wash my large superking bedding set, or superking bedspread happily. The dryer capacity is a bit smaller, and may mean splitting large loads to dry them. The door is a good size. There are lots of useful automatic and adjustable features like water hardness to enable the machine to measure the amount of detergent required, and an all in one cycle to include drying, and a timer etc. Can be controlled my mobile app but that's never appealed to me! Was easy to install ourselves. My only real bugbears are the following: 1) There is no kind of fluff filter for the dryer, I don't know if this is standard for combined machines? It means needing to wipe out the drum/door seal and door thoroughly after using the dryer, rather than emptying a filter. 2) The detergent dispenser drawer will not open and close properly when the washing machine door is open. Just bugs me, probably just need to adjust my "loading routine" but it drives me nuts 🙃 N.B. If you use an Ecoegg (excellent eco friendly washing egg) you have to remember to take it out before using the dryer, and remember you cannot use it on cycles over 60° Ecoegg...can you work on this!? I had this machine delivered today, I started off with a very small test load of washing , was a few thin shirts and tea towels , socks, I couldnt make out why all the steam was come out of clothes when door opens, was like clothes were being boiled, every now and then it lets in water which makes the drying clothes never get dry, also the door lock is clicking on and off six or more times, and it goes into a spin cycle when its supposed to be drying, I have sent back for a refund, and have re installed my old faithful washing machine, never again today has been so stressfull, I feel so relieved its going back, its very complicated to operate, and even worse when it does things its not supposed to, I should be compensated for the terrible day I have had trying to get my washing dry, i've spent all day on this, thanks to amazon for a quick return and machine being picked up, dont buy this machine it really is a terrible machine.
