Is there any guarantee please mine has gone wrong?

Mine was broken when it arrived and In spite of trying everything to get it sorted by unhelpful people I had to get someone to take the part that was fitted and send it all back such a waste of time and money from my pension and threats from staff at Amazon going to take my money again I have given up hoping to get this item again Sorry can't help

Can I set the unit to bark (as a dog) if it detects an intruder?

There is a dog barking sound, it's ok, quite realistic of medium to large dog bark, but remember it's only the plug in receiver that plays the sound 🐶

Is this a UK13amp plug?

Hello. Yes standard uk plug. I bought this set 5 months ago. Works perfectly no battery replacement so far. Very happy with it.

Question for hzt safe: how can i be sure of getting a uk 240v version?

Ours was fine. It's a 13 amp plug so should be ok for the UK,we never had a problem.
