Ok this brand seriously has things figured out. Their shampoos rock. But this stuff--it's like magic, honestly. I have used it on myriad skin issues on my large breed dog (newfoundland) and every single time it clears up super fast. like within a day it's already healing. The skin issues have ranged from mild irritation from allergies that cause small sores, to straight up hot spots and it's cleared every single one of them--quickly. He is visibly relieved after a few hours as well, from the soothing quality. I cannot say enough good things about this brand.

This stuff really is magic like one other review said. I have an 85lb boxer mix that has allergies year round. He has hives that are visible all over his body. I had been giving him Zyrtec daily and doing the $180 Cytopoint injections monthly which helped but he still had visible hives and was scratching. I was desperate to help him so I gave this a try and it helped but not enough. So I combined it with the Veterinary formula shampoo and what a game changer! I followed the instructions on the shampoo bottle leaving it on for the full 10 mins, once he was dry I used the spray all over his body twice a day for 1 week. Bathed again and sprayed once a day for a week. I’m now bathing him once weekly and spraying as needed and he looks better than he ever has! He is not scratching and has very minimal visible hives. My husband even said he looks great! No more Zyrtec or Cytopoint injections. It does not sting and had a light pleasant smell. I highly recommend if you are having similar issues with your fur baby.

Veterinary formula hotspot and relief has worked better than any product I have found for my dog. My dog has severe allergies that she gets bumps. They get scabby and itchy and she is just miserable. I have spent a lot of money over the last few years trying to get this problem figured out for her. This veterinary formula has worked wonders. It’s inexpensive and works better than the prescription drugs that I spent a lot of money on my dog is so happy now and not suffering itching and discomfort like she has it took a couple of weeks to really kick in and all a rash and itchy bumps have disappeared. I just followed the directions on the bottle and even though it’s a liquid, it is not messy. It dries relatively quickly and I noticed she doesn’t try to lick it off. This is a great product. I’m so happy I found it and so is my dog. .
