Servo Cat Add-on Pack

The product is great however the extension packs runs with an old software diacontinued which is also lagging.

From pictures could not realize these are add On parts ... we don’t have the base module ...in pictures showing full robot ... misguided ... waste of money ... can’t use only add one and product is already very costly

This is a perfect addition to the main robot. My grandson loved it.

I HIGHLY recommend this company. Excellent customer service and quick response. If you have problems or questions they are amazing and very helpful! My experience is detailed below: so glad that customer service and the company addressed it so quickly and professionally! I purchased 3 of these add on packs and one of the servos doesn't work. The servo seemed to be having a hard time moving and seemed to be slipping like teeth on the gears were skipping or missing. Now I need to try to get a replacement! Super disappointed as I love all of the robotics stuff from this company with the exception of the servo! Hoping they just send a replacement but I was told to contact seller directly instead of Amazon! I needed 3 and only have two that work! UPDATE: After contacting the company they quickly helped and offered a replace ment after they received the video that showed how it wasn't working, They sent the replacement and kept in touch asking to see that it was working and so I sent a video and they were happy to see it working! They didn't even make me return the broken servo.. So pleased with my experience with customer support and my students are loving the robots. We are learning so much! I highly recommend!

Box indicates for 14+ year olds. Gave it to 7 year old granddaughter for Christmas. I had her help me put it together and it was a good learning experience for her. Only took about an hour to assemble. Used the remote and iPhone remote app to play with it the first day. Now she is starting to learn the iPhone programming app to get it to do different things. So far, lots of fun for grandpa and granddaughter. Make sure you buy the Bluetooth version if you want to do the coding using you iPhone app.
