What the product does when it is working is fantastic. Trouble is it died after six months. We are not able to download data from it anymore.

I bought 2 of them and I haven’t use one and when open the package the scanner is not taking charge at all and the one we were using went completely dead The JWM system is working with no problems after the IT tech help identified the issue and thank you.
