Can this be returned after use? Straight out of the box and it didn’t blow bubbles at all.

I don’t know how much time is lapsed but I would try to send it back. Be sure you have good bubble solution. That happened to us once.

Lost the valve cap for the bottle (the one that has a hole in the center)…does anyone know if I can buy just that part?

Contact customerservice@funrise.com to inquire about a replacement.

Can you buy a new bottle for the top of the bubble maker?

Yes you can, I found it on Amazon as Brand: Bubbles (2) 4 pack Gazillion 8oz Bubbles Solution for $14.10 + $9.99 shipping

It won’t turn off???

I had to push the button harder. It’s a pain in the butt. I wish I would’ve returned it! My bubble bottle that turns upside down to let the solution run into the machine has a defective lid. I contacted customer service and they can’t even send me a dinky little replacement bottle that you can’t even buy in the store! So now my machine is useless!!
