Very good. Used for packing a large wound. Prescribed by our surgeon and was delighted to find it availible through amazon with no RX needed. Does not come with a nozzle for squirting a stream to wet the gauze before packing so I had to transfer it to a squirt bottle.

This was suggested to me by a wound surgeon after I ended up in the hospital for a pressure wound a few years ago and it works really well. The only downside is it is bleach and will stain your clothes
