Product received is not the same model as in the photo
I received a red valve instead of blue. The model is completely different. The red model is better but I order this product because I have the blue one at home and needed to replace only part of the systemโฆ now I have a completely different system that canโt be installed without taking apart the whole toilet. Update : I had to pay someone 200 AED to install it. If I had received the blue model I could have simply replaced the piece that was broken.

As described, good quality and recommended
Item received as described, free of any flows and defects. This is not the first time I use this product, nevertheless, it was out of supply from my local supplier and I had to order it online. It is of good quality and I have tried it many times.

Good quality
It is good quality for the money you pay, but normally inlet supply is 3/8" while here is 1/2", so need reducer.
