What is the actual size of the paper insert? I'd prefer to buy perforated paper for quick replacement.

7 7/8" x 3 1/8" - I created a Word template and then printed on card stock and trimmed it to fit.

What size should the paper insert be?

I printed what I wanted on the door on card stock. I then used the plastic clear cover as a template. I traced around what I printed and cut free hand.

Will these hang on a cubicle wall?

Yes. The adhesive actually works well on a fabric cubicle wall, though I suggest making sure you have it positioned exactly where you want it the first time. I'm not sure how repositionable it is.

Can it be easily be repositioned?

If you used the included double stick tape, then I would say no. Once they stick they would be difficult to remove and reposition. My advice would be to use a removable tape such 3M Command Strips or similar. Then you can move it when you want.
