I am 6 ft tall, is it tall enough for me to stand and shoot comfortably

Yes. It will adjust to shoot from kneeling all the way to standing. My Dad is 6 foot tall and can easily use it standing.

The tripods itself doesn't have anything wrote on it but the box says made in china.

What is the depth of the saddle?

As ours is still in the tower blind, I can't give you an exact measurement, but according to husband, the depth measured at approximately 4". Hope that helps!
