The bottle was broken and the pills were loose inside the package. I see that this product is not eligible for a refund or replacement. I do not recommend because of this. Would really appreciate better customer service with the option to replace or exchange the item

This product works!
I have suffered from IBS-C for years and tried countless supplements, diets and exercise, but with very little success. At my wits end, I decided to try one more product, and I am so very glad I did!!! No more bloating and no more constipation. It takes a few days to a week to find out what works for you (I take 1 capsule at night and 1 in the morning), so be patient. This product is a god send!

Totally worth the money
Don't ever use laxatives or fiber pills! This natural product works starting day 1! If you have chronic constipation like I used to, get on a good prebiotic. It could take several months to really get your gut right so use this product to get you through that time. Once in a while you will find yourself having to use this product now and then if you don't eat a healthy diet. This product saved me soooo many times.
