I've used this item in the past...so I ordered it from here because I actually forgot about it!! I have dry frizzy hair sometimes and this product helps to keep that under control. Great price as well!! Works great. Perfect size, leaves my hair soft, shiny, amazing scent and no greasy or oily feeling. Amazing!!

I've been using Alberto Vo5 Oil for years. While I wouldnt use this every time I wash, it's a great occasional conditioner. You MUST heat it up (just open one or two, depending on the length of your hair) and put them upright in a cup of hot water. Let it sit a while. Don't put them in the microwave. Apply, let it sit for a few minutes and wash out. Your hair will feel like silk! Your hair will shine like crazy and will feel really healthy and feel smooth. Just love this product, even if some may think it's old-fashioned. You won't be sorry.

If your hair is super dry use the hot oil after shampooing and conditioning. Works great.

I have long straight hair, and like many of you stuck at home during COVID-19, have not been able to get to a salon to have my ends trimmed. I remember this product being all the rage in the 70's and 80's for increasing hair softness and decreasing breakage and frizz, so I decided to give it a try. I heated it up in a cup of hot water, tore the end off, and proceeded to try to distribute it throughout my damp hair while in the shower. I discovered it doesn't distribute very easily so I ended up putting a few drops in and trying to pull it towards my ends, repeating until the bottle was empty. I guess this was the most effective way, but it really didn't feel like I was distributing it through my hair to maximize the effects of the product. I kept it in my hair for about a minute then rinsed out and shampooed & conditioned as normally. As my hair air dried, I definitely noticed an increase in softness, but almost no reduction in frizz and flyaways. I did notice that my ends don't seem to be as dry and poofy as they were, and I hope this effect lasts.

It’s an oldie but goodie. Conditions very well without weighing your hair down. Hair is shiny and healthy looking after using.
