This is the best product for the job on the planet. With the possible exception of sitting in it only to realize that while in the kitchen on a fabric seat. The old version from 1993 was easy to remove same product and in need of a renewal due to some internal rotting of the actual seal product. It's worth digging it all off it comes up with relative ease a little alcohol wipe down and get ready to put a nice bead on each side with a whipped bead in between so you get a broad self-leveling inch Plus wide bead and you'll sleep at night and worry about other things.

This sealant package for the top of our RV is super good. Worked well and easy to use. Good price.

My RV tech said that our Sprinter RV roof sealant was getting long in the tooth (2017 model) and I was quoted over $1,400 for them to do the work. I've always heard great things about Dicors products in the RV forums. I purchased a case of their self-leveling lap sealant. After watching a couple of how to videos on Dicors website I was ready to tackle this project. Very easy to apply and being a rookie I was impressed at the drying time (though it takes 30 days to cure), but after an hour it seemed dry to the touch. The hardest part of the whole project was getting onto the RV roof...

Dicor is the go-to for roof RV sealing. I own an RV repair company and we buy this case often! Always dependable. Tubes work great and don’t leak when applying. It levels out just right and for the price you just can’t beat this! Highly recommend!

the roof membrane on my 1996 allegro bay needed to be replaced and after getting hit with the $14k estimate from a local repair shop (which is almost triple of what i paid for the RV to begin with..) i decided to look at replacing it myself and i ended up doing it myself with the help from my brother for about $2k. this 25 case is a better value than buying it 1 at a time or even a case of 12. that leaves each tube at about 7 bucks each. it’s exactly what you’d expect and wasn’t dried up or anything thanks!

This stuff is great. Just not the box I bought. I don't know if it's expired or stored wrong. But my lap sealant was semi hard. Didn't level. Left massive gaps due to not doing what it should. It's been sitting for a week. It's stiffened up. But never spread out. The other 10 tubes performed perfectly. There is something wrong with this stuff. Old? Cooked? Not sure, but I won't buy from this seller again. It's your roof, don't buy subpar products, it'll cost you. Buy fresh, I learned my lesson. $200 gone, now I have to buy more to fix what this should have.Replacement roof on 40' Newmar. Time to start over thanks to this junk.

I own and opperate an RV repair business and Dicor is the only brand of product I use on EPDM roofs. Self leveling on all horizontal surfaces and Non-sag on verticles (EPDM to the gutter rails). I do personaly prefer Proflex on fiberglass seams though.

Resealed the roof on a 38 foot motor home. This stuff applied easily and spread out just enough to cover the area needed. More flexible than what the factory put on which should keep the screw heads from working through due to road vibration and body flex. Good price per tube by buying a full case.
