Will this tool be sufficient enough to press a brake pedal once you jacked a car up and realize say the lug nuts are on too tight and no one is around

I have used it to hold clutch pedals down on semis. This will work on a brake for sure.

No it is not spring loaded . It is just for holding the pedal down , it works great for that , very simple to use .

Can't recall if package it came in had country of origin marked, I've had this for a couple years. Only has a patent number on the unit.
