just does not have the radio controls,it will fit! the leather cover wrapped part is the same, it will fit!

Does the steering wheel cover come with pre cut holes to place the needle through?

We sew through the sewing thread on the edge, rather than through the hole on the steering wheel cover, so we don't need to sew holes on the leather ourselves

If my factory wheel is worn through will this hide the imperfections or will the hole from the factory show through like a crater?

It will show the voids. You will need to fill them or remove the old cover(recommended).
