For about £5, this simple, robust 4-in-1 memory card reader has allowed me to dust off and start using my old Canon 7D camera again with its CompactFlash card. The sturdy cable is 55cm, long enough to reach from my PC to my desk. Laptops and desktops don't include older tech like a CF slot these days, so I appreciate this reader's USB-A and USB-C connectors, and its ability to read and write not only CF, SD, and TF/MicroSD, but also my old Sony Memory Stick with a batch of my photos from 20 years ago. You can plug in multiple different types of memory cards at once, and they're all simultaneously recognised under Windows 11. My screenshot also shows a very respectable transfer rate over USB-C of about 60MBps from my CF card. It's a very good-value purchase in this ever-evolving world of tech progress, helping to prevent the complete obsolescence of perfectly good storage media from previous decades.

Works well. Only tested SD and MicroSD. Wife wanted phone and camera backed up before a trip, dead easy to do with this. Remember, people who take backups either work in IT, or have already lost everything once. I work in IT and have had to explain to others why their stuff isn't coming back. Don't be one of these people.

I’ve been using this card reader for a couple of weeks and it has made moving photos and videos much easier. It connects with both USB-C and USB, so I can use it on my laptop and phone without adapters. It reads different card types at the same time, and the transfer speed is good. I moved a bunch of large files and it finished quickly without errors. The only thing I don’t love is the size. It’s a bit bigger than I expected, so it’s not the most pocket-friendly. Overall, it’s a reliable and easy tool for anyone who works with memory cards often.

It's a good item for a reasonable price....it does the job....simple to use.

Works well but if you have your PC under desk and want the card reader on the desk, the cable could do with being longer. Doesn’t like being plugged into a mains powered USB-A hub and will continuously connect & disconnect every 30-45 seconds even with no memory cards inserted into it. I wanted to have one connected at all times but will have to just connect it up when needed to the top mounted I/O ports on my case rather than leave it double sided taped to the desk connected like I wanted to. Transfer speeds for JPG photo format is more than adequate enough but if moving larger video or RAW formats, then you would want a faster solution unless want to make a cup of Tea/Coffee whilst transfers are in progress. I would not want to work directly off any memory card plugged into this device as it would be too slow, but that is the drawback of such an item (even if connected up to USB-C). Does the job if don’t mind waiting for large transfers or need something that is portable for safe keeping when out of the house.

This memory card reader is good because it helps with my photography that I’m starring a business so I need to have this as part of my job that’s gonna be. it has really good features. It’s easy to use the files transfer very easily. You upload them from your phone or your table laptop. The USB ports work great it’s a compact size and it’s easy to see why it’s a leading leader in memory.
