Is the entire game (including the board tiles, and the cards) in English?

Yes -- in the Rio Grande version that I have -- the rules, card text, board, history paper and player card player aid are in English (only one side of the player aid card is in I believe -- German maybe?).

What the dimensions of the box? I think what is written here is a mistake.

The box itself is 40x28 but the board is x4 than that
