Surprisingly very good and noticeable source of energy when needed and easy to digest. Nice range of flavours and not too sweet on the palate. And small - easy to find space in your pocket for a handful on a long ride.

I’ve tried lots of energy chews/gels etc to fuel my long cycling runs. This has the perfect consistency for me- not messy or sticky- not difficult to chew. Just the right amount of softness and so easy to chew and digest. I use these all the time now and have had great results with them. I highly recommend them and the other products are great too!

I used these for running during my long runs. They taste good and have an ok texture, a bit like soft Turkish delight. They are hard to open and difficult to get out of the packet, I didn't need all 6 segments, so ended up carrying surplus supplies.

They are pleasant to taste and have texture similar to Turkish Delight, providing carbohydrates and electrolytes which are essential for sports.
