Does this cream help with itchy eyelids/eyelashes?

That’s not an indication for use...and most face creams recommend not to get it too close to your eyes. But if the itching is due to dryness, this is an excellent moisturizer! You may want to search for a cream very specific to itching eyelids/lashes.
