Unusable
I ordered this Fellowes binder and unfortunately it came with a power cord incompatible with US power outlets. It came with a foreign outlet cord and is not useable. Unfortunately, Amazon will not take it back for a return. I recommend that you avoid this product if you are in the United States.

Very disappointing, would not purchase from Amazon again
Very disappointing. It was shipped with a European power cord, not compatible in the US. Called the company they pushed the problem off to Amazon and well..how do you get Amazon to correct anything other than send it back and hope they send me one compatible for the US.

Wrong power cable
The Fellowes Helios 30 came with a EU power cable rather than one for the US. It is not usable without the right power cable.
