Can this drive 4 Samsung u28d590d 4k monitors through SST at UHD @ 60hz?

I currently have 4 Samsung U28d590 4k monitors run in UHD through this card. When I ran a single monitor on a GeForce GTX650Ti, I never had a hard time playing HD video. Now that I switched my card and added these monitors, I sometimes have a problem playing the same videos. Definitely can't play any games more demanding than minecraft. Can it drive all four? Yes, but not in the passing lane. I'm a programmer, so I enjoy all the space to run my development tools. If you are a video connoisseur or gamer, this is not the right card for you.

I have 1 Dell U3011 (2560 x 1600) & 3 Dell LCDs 1920 x 1200 each (2407WFP, 2408WFP, U2312M, respectively) - will this board drive all that?

I would think so. I have 3 Dell U3011 (2560x1600) on Windows 8. My 4th port is currently unused.

What is the noise like on this? If I put it in a solid state fanless sytem, how much noise would you expect it to make outside the case?

Exceptionally quiet. I use in a church soundroom environment (with PC under my worktop) and I couldn't imagine you would ever be able to hear this thing with it in a typical under-the-desktop setup. My power supply fan and case fans are EASILY louder than the card fan. Noise is not a consideration in my opinion with this card.
