The Marjan Boudan syrups are high quality & very tasty. I know to expect consistently excellent product every single time. I use it to make a pretty darn good copycat of Starbucks pistachio latte & am happy to say this newest addition to my syrup collection is a winner!

For melon soda floats
Have been looking for a melon syrup to recreate a melon float at home. This one hit home well. On the thicker side, I mix it with club soda until the desired sweetness is reached and top with vanilla ice cream. The melon taste and smell is prominent so it makes for a delicious treat.

Gross. It's very sweet. I bought this to make Japanese melon soda. If you are using this to make Japanese drinks, buy something made by a Japanese company.
