Bought this as a gift for a friend, they love it, super easy to use, was even better when we connected it to their phone so they could hold with one hand and watch with the other. Really solid camera for the price, very compact and easy to bring around.

Not too big, just the right size. Especially if you're new to vlogging and you're sort of shy. Good quality of videos and audio. So far, no problems. My fave camera. <3

Zoek op het forum en zie dat heeft eerder plaatsgevonden. Ik stuur DJI Support een video en Allen in de chat zegt om het terug te sturen naar de online winkel. Ik doe dat. 30 dec. Neem contact op met DJI-Support: Mijn TWEEDE DJI Osmo Pocket 2 Creator Combo is aangekomen en op de eerste dag van gebruik staat de wireless microfoon aan, ontvangt hij op het apparaat, maar zendt hij geen geluid uit. Ik stuur ze video's van het probleem en Ray zegt in de chat: "we hebben tests uitgevoerd en ontdekten dat een paar draadloze microfoons mogelijk defect zijn". Hij zegt dat zijn toegewijde afdeling binnen twee werkdagen contact met me zal opnemen om te regelen dat ik een nieuwe microfoon kan sturen. 8 jan. Neem contact op met DJI-Support: ik vraag hen om mijn vorige communicatie te bekijken, aangezien IK NIET GECONTACTEERD BEN binnen de 2 werkdagen zoals vermeld. Hij vraagt me om al mijn gegevens opnieuw te controleren (wat niet het probleem is) zodat hij opnieuw kan terugbellen. Ik vraag om met een manager te spreken en hij zegt dat iemand binnen 2 werkdagen contact met me opneemt. 15 jan Vandaag ontvang ik een e-mail van technische ondersteuning om video's van het probleem te sturen. Hier zijn we terug bij stap één. 17 dagen en TWEE Osmo Pockets later, heb ik nog steeds geen werkende gebruikt en geen klantenservice van DJI. Ik kan niet begrijpen hoe het apparaat of het bedrijf na deze ervaring zulke goede recensies kan krijgen. Absoluut 0 sterren en ik zal voor de derde keer niets kopen van dit bedrijf, dat zelfs geen after-sales service aan hun klanten kan bieden. Ernstig teleurgesteld omdat het er echt het beste uitzag voor ons vloggers.
