No, these just clip onto your hair. They do not work with the Necomimi Brainwave Cat Ears, which also doesn't work as intended.

1.There're foamies insert the ear sleeve and the foamies can be separated from outside sleeves. 2.The height and width of each ears are about 10cm x 10cm.

Indeed. It is not the whole system, though. You already have to own a Necomimi Headband (http://www.amazon.com/dp/B0085Y6UP2/) because these are only the ears to change color or style.
