What is the difference between the shampoo in the gold and red bottle?

Gold Label Shampoo is the premium version of our popular VITAMINS Shampoo. It is organic, natural and sulfate free. It also contains growth promoting ingredients such as patented Baicapil, argan oil, keratin, tea tree oil, caffeine, caviar extract and more. Both shampoos are wonderfully effective at stimulating growth.

Why the 19 pages of reviews are date April 2016? Are these reviews real or were made up by people or people working at your company?

I am currently using the Nourish hair growth support vitamins( on my first week now), do I still need to use this shampoo to get a faster result?
