It's a good product but I just don't like it. The ground flax seed gets in my teeth and drives me nuts. I tried it in cottage cheese and it was terrible. I don't like the texture of the ground seed at all. I think if you baked it into muffins it would be fine but like it is......NO. I just don't like it at all. The ground is so fine that it is not crunchy but just enough that it is grainy in your mouth and gets all in your teeth and takes forever to get it all out. Even with a water pick. For me this product is a huge NO.

It is for my dogs; they are happy pups with this product, no bad taste or odor, and organic.
