Need a 2' diameter spider and sandbag base. This product is not clear as to if it includes the spider, and what size the spider is?

It does not include spider You must buy separately in this case. Our spider,that we purchased separately , is about 5 ft wide

What is the total size of the base bag?

I would say it's about 10 inches. It's up at the boat right now but that's about the size

What is the total spread diameter of the arms?

The small one is about 2 ft. fits great on a Jet Ski's seat.

Can it be used on roof of a vehicle?

Yes, you can place on roof of vehicle. You may want to put a soft towel under it to protect your paint.
